Highlights of the 2027 CrossRoads Conference include:
- Keynote presentations from Damian Mason, respected agri-food leader; Mark Redmond with D’Arcy Hilgartner, speaking on the importance of research to producers; and Gitane De Silva, public policy leader.
- Expert sessions covering the latest in agronomy, farm business management, and ag technology.
- Networking Lounge & Industry Mixer networking opportunities with producers, researchers, and industry partners.
- Annual General Meetings hosted by Alberta Grains, Alberta Pulse Growers, and Alberta Canola Producers in conjunction with the event.
Scott Keller, Chair of the CrossRoads Crop Conference, encourages producers to take part:
“CrossRoads Conference brings the agriculture community together for a day and half of learning and connection. Attendees can dive into expert-led sessions on agronomy, farm business management, and ag technology, hear from top keynote speakers, and build relationships with fellow producers, researchers, and industry partners. With producer AGMs also taking place alongside the event, there’s real value here no matter what brings you to the conference.”
The annual event is a working collaboration by three of Alberta’s crop commissions – Alberta Canola, Alberta Grains and Alberta Pulse Growers.
